Tennant Improvement/ Design-Build
Design/build refers to a construction project delivery system where the design and construction aspects are contracted for with a single entity known as the design-builder or design-build contractor. The design-builder is usually the general contractor, but in some cases, it is also the design professional (architect or engineer).
Managing every phase of a project from design through project completion is the most efficient method for the construction industry. It minimizes the client’s risk and reduces the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and the construction phase of the project.
Built to your requirements ... and to your budget! That’s our motto and we strive to meet and exceed your expectations in every facet of the design-build process.
Cleanroom Construction / Lab Builds
Little Brothers Construction offers complete construction services for the cleanroom, controlled environmental systems, and laboratory builds.
LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) system was developed in the early 1990s when a need was realized for a standardized green building rating system to affirm and encourage green building. Little Brothers became involved with LEED early on and is dedicated to saving the environment and that is evident in the projects we build.
Little Brothers uses state of the art energy efficient equipment to meet or exceed our customers expectations.
We also have foam core wall systems for even better insulation capabilities, that can even be used for refrigeration systems.
By designing and installing water-efficient fixtures in our projects, we have reduced potable water usage.
The building atmosphere must be carefully evaluated for personal safety and energy consumption. Even with a laboratory design or caustic chemical usage within the building, Little Brothers will find ways to improve energy performance and indoor air quality that meets or exceeds LEED requirements.
Consulting
Little Brothers provides consulting services to assess your existing facility. Whether it be pressurization problems or cleanroom contamination issues, we are the team to evaluate your facility. And if you’re moving, prior to purchasing or leasing, or constructing a new building, we can provide valuable information, including assessing the quality of existing conditions and providing cost estimates for additional improvements.
Many commercial real estate agents do not know what classification a cleanroom is in a facility they are showing, going on only what they were told. We can evaluate all aspects of the cleanroom, from the date codes of the equipment to the design flaws, we will provide a thorough assessment.
ADA Compliance
The Americans with Disabilities Act and its compliance with tenants and owners can be difficult. Our combined experience with building codes enables us to obtain the most cost-effective way to increase the accessibility of your building.
Building Systems Commissioning and Cleanroom Validations
Little Brothers offers building system commission services to help people who operate BMS, security, IT, tools, equipment, Laboratories, and cleanroom control systems. Whether it is used to evaluate system problems, energy use, maintenance, life cycle costs efficiency levels, or to help protect the environment, Little Brothers is there to help. Certifications, Validation, and Commissioning tests are done after construction and during the building systems’ initial start-up. Our team is comprised of design representatives, construction technicians, building automation engineers, process piping specialists, electricians, and structural engineers. Once we have completed the commissioning of your facility, a report will be generated detailing deficiencies found and corrective and preventative actions taken.
Building Systems Commissioning services include:

- Air Systems
- Certification of cleanroom by a third party.
